No. Jagex says RS4 is still a few years away and has not named a date, year or launch window.

There is no RS4 release date yet. Jagex says the new RuneScape MMO is still a few years away and has not named a year or a launch window. It plans to share much more about the game in 2027. We will update this page when an official date appears.
What Jagex said
"…we are still right at the beginning of a hugely ambitious project and the game is still a few years away."
"We'll tell you much more next year about the world, the game, the team building it and, importantly, how you can start getting involved."
What it means
There is no date, year or launch window to plan around. "A few years away" from an October 2026 reveal is the only official timing, so any specific RS4 release date you see elsewhere is speculation.
What to watch next
Jagex has said it will share much more in 2027. The first concrete timing is most likely to come with that update; we will add it here, with its source, the day it is published.
